AnswerThePublic offers two login types. When creating an account, users can enter an email and password or can expedite the process by selecting "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft".
Can I Change the Login Method?
AnswerThePublic gives the flexibility to switch the login method from Google or Microsoft Sign-In to using an email and password. The process to change the login method consists of generating a new password, for guidance on how to make this change, please refer to the section below.
Note that it is not possible to change the login method from email and password to Google Sign-In or Microsoft Sign-In and once the link via email is received and set a new password, the login method will automatically switch to an email and password-based system.
How to Generate a New Password?
Users can generate or reset passwords anytime by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on our sign-in page.
After clicking the "Forgot Password" button, a pop-up will show up asking for the email account to send the instructions to the mailbox.
After typing the email account and submitting the request, make sure to revise the SPAM folder as well in the mailbox to avoid missing the email.
As soon as the new password is generated users can go back to the AnswerThePublic login page and access the account.
