Our reports record a snapshot of how people search for answers online at a given time. Searching for the same term at different intervals provides a powerful insight into how online search behavior changes and evolves, either from the same or different places around the world.
Our comparison feature on selected PRO accounts* lets you quickly see the differences between results from two reports.
If you want to try it for yourself, here are step-by-step instructions on how to compare reports:
Select a report and click on compare data:
Select the report date you want to compare directly from the list or the drop-down list.
As the image below shows:
You can compare any time frames where you have made reports.
In this example, there were 102 new suggestions for marketing between the 12th of December and the 13th of March. You'll see the new results highlighted in green, allowing you to quickly scan for new ideas.
You can also export the data in a CSV file by clicking on the download CSV link at the top of the report:* Observation: Individual Monthly and Lifetime plans do not have the ability to compare results over time. To review what is included in the plans, check our pricing page.
